This is one of the new houses that Hopren is going to built this winter and you will enjoy this houses the next summer.

Green space Urbanization will be in Albal.

The intention with this house is to create modular, replicable architecture and delineate a way of inhabiting the South East coast of Valencia. Priority has been given to providing different degrees of privacy within the property.

It is a very Mediterranean house with a spacious lounge, high ceilings and shady spots. It boasts a huge garden with an orchard. A water channel supplies humidity to the atmosphere while its murmur lulls and relaxes. The outer porches surrounding the house are ideal places for relaxing, meeting, taking a nap, eating, sunbathing and playing.
The house walls gather around and protect the occupants. The omnipresent pumice stone and wood give warmth to the house. The living room is connected to the front and back gardens where the dining room is situated. The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to share common spaces together but at the same time enjoy some privacy. A relaxing bathroom with garden views will be an unforgettable experience.

LIVING ROOM



Our living room is very big and it have ventilation and lighting. It have two parts: the relaxion zone and the study zone.
The living room is the most popular place in a house for the entertainment of guests, and where families come together to end their day, relax after a long workweek or to enjoy a television program together. In most cases this room is on the main level of a home and sees a lot of activity. This is why it is imperative that this area to be decorated and made into a friendly atmosphere to ensure the comfort of visitors. When planning a living room design, the first and most important factor to decide is the purpose of the room. One thing to remember when designing your living area is that you have to be comfortable in the room and like the style since you will most likely be spending a lot of your time in the room.

BEDROOMS

For our bedrooms we use the Chinese style. The Chinese bedroom is a place in the home, red color of the famous style of the Chinese lucky color home design. You really spent much time in the red bedroom, you can relax of a long day out, make the room as comfortable as possible. Red is usually associated with aggression, courage. These leaves have a especial characteristic: 

In winter, not have leaves and the sun pass more eassy.
In summer, have much leaves and the Sun doesn't overheat the house.
